The Kid had a function + lots of homework tonight, so dinner was on the fly. We had a Food Lion brand frozen pizza (thin crust, triple meat) - part of their big weekend sale I posted about a few weeks back. (Pizzas were 5/$10.) I didn't have high hopes but ended up being very pleasantly surprised. It was at least as good as similar national brands and I'd definitely buy it again. Along with the pizza, I tossed a quick Caesar salad; just romaine, parmesan, croutons and dressing.
