It might have been a lack of ideas/creativity, or maybe it's an on-going craving for Asian food, but tonight's dinner was almost an exact repeat of the Orange chicken dinner we had earlier this week. Tonight we had Teriyaki Chicken with white rice and steamed edamame. It was so good I could eat this every day.
