Dinner tonight was very tasty but I can't take a lick of credit - it was all "heat n' eat." After all the shopping and deal-finding I did today, I got home rather late and out of energy. So I pan-fried the Turkey Mignons I'd gotten earlier today at Lowes Foods, microwaved a container of Bob Evans Sour Cream & Chive mashed potatoes (also from LF), and microwaved a steamable bag of sweet corn. The only thing the dinner was missing was cranberry sauce, and that's going on the shopping list to serve with the turkey next time.
